Someone answering, who knows the business

A comment left for two days is a small, public statement about how much you care. A DM asking whether something is back in stock is a sale that expires. Community work is unglamorous, and it is where a surprising share of the return on your content actually gets collected.

Community

The inbox that nobody owns

Every growing brand hits the same moment. The founder answered everything personally, then volume outgrew them, and the job drifted to whoever has the app open. Response times stretch. Two people answer the same question differently. A complaint sits visible under a post for three days and does more damage than the original problem. Nobody decided any of this — it is simply what happens when a real job with real revenue attached has no owner and no defined standard.

What the work is

Community, in four parts.

01

A defined standard, not best effort

We check your inboxes three times every weekday during business hours in your time zone, and on Full studio twice a day on Saturdays and Sundays as well. Our target is a first reply within four business hours, and the monthly report shows the actual figure whether we hit it or not. A standard you measure is different from an intention, and it is the only version customers notice.

02

Briefed like a member of staff

Before we answer anything we learn the products, the returns policy, what is in stock, what is discontinued and which questions must go to you. That goes into a written brief we keep updated as things change. The failure mode of outsourced community management is a stranger being confidently wrong in public, and the only fix is the unglamorous one: a brief that stays current and a rule that we ask before we guess.

03

Complaints handled where they happened

Acknowledge publicly, resolve privately, and come back to close the loop where it is appropriate. Anything involving a refund, a safety concern or an upset regular goes to you the same business day with a suggested reply. A visible, well-handled complaint reassures more people than it worries, because the thread is read by many people who will never post anything themselves.

04

The comments feed the calendar

Every recurring question gets logged and becomes a candidate for next month's content. It is the cheapest research your brand has, and almost nobody uses it systematically. We bring the log to the monthly planning call, and a question that came up ten times usually earns a short video or a carousel of its own.

What you receive
  • Comment and DM replies on the channels agreed at onboarding
  • A response brief and escalation path, written with you
  • Sales inquiries passed to your team the same business day
  • A monthly summary: response times, recurring questions, sentiment
Timeline

One week of shadowing before we reply to anything publicly: we read the last three months of comments and messages, draft the response brief and agree it with you. Replies start in week two, and we review the first two weeks of answers together before settling into the normal rhythm.

Who this is for

Brands receiving up to about 300 comments and messages a week, where replies have started to slip or the founder is still answering everything at night. Community replies come with Studio + community and Full studio; if your volume is well above that range, we will say so on the first call.

What it costs

Priced on the pricing page — no quote needed to find out.

Questions

About this service.

Will customers know it is not us?
We write in your voice and inside your policies, and sign off however you prefer. What customers tend to notice is that answers arrive quickly and say the same thing each time, which most brand accounts do not manage.
What about evenings and weekends?
On Studio + community we reply on weekdays, so a message sent on Friday evening is answered on Monday morning. Full studio adds checks on Saturdays and Sundays. Either way you have a written escalation path, and anything urgent is flagged to you as soon as we see it.
Can you handle refunds and complaints?
Within limits you set in writing. Beyond those limits we acknowledge the customer, hold the conversation and hand it to you the same business day, rather than improvise a policy on your behalf.
