Your footage, edited to one standard

Consistent output is the whole game, and for most brands consistency is an editing problem, not a filming one. The footage already exists: on the founder's phone, on the store manager's phone, in a folder a creator sent over in March. What runs out, somewhere around the second week of the month, is the time and the eye to turn it into something worth posting.

Content production

The camera roll nobody edits

It starts well. Someone on the team has a good eye, films whenever there is a spare ten minutes, and the account looks alive. Then a busy quarter arrives. The clips keep piling up, but cutting them becomes a job squeezed between two other jobs, and the feed gets visibly thinner — not worse-looking exactly, just less considered. Colors stop matching from one post to the next, captions get written in the parking lot, and formats that worked are quietly dropped because nobody had time to rebuild them. The instinct is to hire a content person, which works until they leave and take the visual language with them. The underlying issue is that editing in the gaps of an operating business does not hold up, because the gaps are the first thing a busy month removes.

What the work is

Content production, in four parts.

01

A shot list before anyone films

At the start of each month we send a short shot list written for your products and whatever is coming up: which items to feature, which questions from the comments deserve an answer on camera, how to frame each shot and how long to hold it. It usually takes one or two hours of filming on a phone. That planning is why the footage we receive can carry a month, and why so little of it is wasted.

02

Edited for the crop and the color

Every video is cut vertical first and checked so the 4:5 and 1:1 versions still work. Clips filmed on different phones, on different days, under different light are color-corrected to match, stabilized where they need it and captioned for people who watch with the sound off. Small disciplines, large consequence: it is the difference between a feed that reads as one brand and one that reads as whoever happened to be holding the phone.

03

Designed in families, not one-offs

Posts are built from the three or four recurring formats agreed in your content audit, each with its own template, type and layout. A single good clip can become a short video, a carousel cover and a still for a product post. Formats that work keep their look month after month, so your audience recognizes them before reading the handle, and nobody on your side has to start from a blank page.

04

Delivered so you can find things in a year

Every finished file goes into a shared library, tagged by product, format and month, named consistently, in every ratio. The edits and the design files are yours to keep, along with your original footage. Clients regularly pull a video from six months back for a launch or an ad nobody had planned at the time, and it takes a minute to find.

We send the first shot list within a week of signing up. Once your footage arrives, first drafts follow within five business days, with one revision round on each piece, and publishing starts in week three. From month two it runs on a fixed rhythm: shot list at the start of the month, footage by the 10th, drafts five business days later, posts scheduled through the following weeks.

Questions

About this service.

Do you come and film for us?
Not on any plan. We work only from footage and photos that you or your creators supply. The monthly shot list exists so that what you film is usable, and a well-briefed phone gets closer to a studio result than most people expect. If you need a professional shoot for a launch, we can tell you what to ask a local photographer for so the results fit your feed.
What if our footage is not good enough?
Most of it is better than people think once it is trimmed, stabilized and color-corrected. If a month's footage cannot support the full number of videos, we tell you within two business days of upload, say exactly what is missing, and you can send more before the edit deadline. We would rather ask for one more clip than pad a month with weak edits.
Can we use footage from creators?
Yes, as long as you hold the rights to use it commercially on your channels. We edit creator footage you supply exactly as we edit your own, to the same look. We do not find, brief or contract creators ourselves.
